Dexterity is defined as:
1) mental skill or quickness
2) skill and ease in using the hands - We believe that or business philosophy, team of designers, and future endeavors will encompass either definition.

 

Our purpose at Dexterity is to merge this definition with the following three concepts; develop a genuine awareness of the needs and wants of our guests, possess a desire to work and learn passionately, and to provide an honest and creative environment for this to take place. These concepts combined with a high standard of professionalism will ensure a successful career path for us all.

Steven Petersen

Dexterity has been privileged to have Steven Petersen as part of the styling and education team since 2005. Upon graduating from The Von Curtis Academy in 1999, Steven immediately established himself as a prominent hairstylist. Along with creating beautiful hair, Steven is also gifted in art and design, and influences many promotional ideas at Dexterity. Steven is also a licensed instructor involved in the Dexterity Apprentice Project allowing him to teach, mentor and inspire!
